Within Greece

You have the right to return the product you purchased, provided it is in excellent condition, and we will replace it with a different size or any other product code you wish, within 14 days from the delivery date.

If the customer wishes to exchange the product for another item of lower value, no refund is issued; instead, a voucher is provided, which can be redeemed in a future purchase.

The exchange of your order is via courier with a shipping cost of 5 within Greece (or ACS courier).

In case of a refund, our office will refund you your deposit – or for the initial shipment cost – of the return shipping.

For refunds, the product must be returned intact and accompanied by the purchase receipt.

Refunds are issued only through ALPHA BANK.

For purchases made during BLACK FRIDAY or OTHER SALES, no refunds are issued. In such cases, a voucher is provided for future purchases or exchanges for a different design/size/color are accepted.

Without Greece

We accept any exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return costs (shipping, taxes, etc.) and responsibility for the product reaching us safely are borne by the customer. We recommend sending the product through a courier service that provides a shipping certificate for your own security.

Once we receive the product, we may place a new order. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

For refunds, the product must be returned intact with the purchase receipt. Once the return is received and verified to be in original condition, the refund will be issued through the same payment method used by the customer. No cash on delivery payments, refunds via bank transfer.

An itemized rapid order shipping costs originally incurred by the company will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds are issued only via ALPHA BANK, and any transfer fees are borne by the customer.

No refunds are issued for resort products.
